EOS-6 (Oceansat-3): Developed by ISRO, this earth observation satellite, launched on November 26, 2022, focuses on ocean surface and coastal zone studies to support marine forecasting and coastal management. INSAT-3DR: Launched in 2016 by ISRO, this satellite supports weather monitoring, search and rescue operations, and meteorological services from its geostationary orbit. ICCR Pali Conference: The Indian Council for Cultural Relations celebrated Pali's designation as a classical language through a conference in Colombo, with participation from Buddhist scholars across South Asia. Indian Skimmer Sighting: Approximately 150-200 rare Indian Skimmer birds were spotted at Lower Manair Dam, a significant sighting for the conservation of this endangered species. The “Walk4Dyslexia” event emphasized inclusion and reducing the stigma around dyslexia.
